sorry it took so long to upload this, i finished it around may sometime!
but as you know i'm getting round to things slowly.

this is a portrait of Dennis, the horse i excercise, i did it for his owner, except i gave her the copy. when she looked at the date i finished it on, she said it was her birthday! so that was extra good :XD: because she might have got a little anoyed at me before...anyway...

it's diferent to what i usually draw horses like, because previusly, i focused mainly on shading, but this i think is the first portrait of horses that i have done the fur. i don't think it was good to start from, because he was clipped so his coat was a bit 'rough' and diferent colourd.
i love him, he's so expressive, those eyes and ears, espeshly when he sees a carrot! lol, i love his eyes though, so pretty!

ps. i know about the mouth area being a bit small, but the foto was a bit 'fish eyed'
